the industry was raised a clarification as under: 1. The industry has not deposited the one-time authorization fee of Rs. 10,000/- in this office. 2. The industry has not attached the layout plan with storage of hazardous waste area wherein it was requested to attend to the above said observations within 2 days so that the application can be processed further.
However, the industry has failed to attend the above said observations within the stipulated time period. As such approval may be given to return the application. |
