The details of the case may kindly be perused in the note of AEE. In view of the details mentioned in the said note and recommendations of E.E, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that the authorization under the HWM Rules, 2016 for collection, storage and disposal of hazardous waste category hazardous waste category 5.1 Used oil @ 0.300 KLA, cat 35.3 @ 1.5 T/annum may be granted for a period of 5 years subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board please.
