It is submitted that on the pursuance by this office, industry has submitted an undertaking from recycler namely M/S Madhav KRG Environmental Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Village Akalgarh, Amloh-Bhadson Road, Mandi Goindgarh regarding lifting of Hazardous Waste of Cat.No. 35.1 of the industry (copy attached).
In light of above, it is recommended that authorization for the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules,2016 may be granted to the industry for 5 years.
