Subject: One-time authorization to the trader for import of Scrap/other waste material as specified in Part D of Schedule – III of Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, on behalf of actual user - M/s K.G Recyclers, Khata No. 71/74, 75/78, 76/79, Backside Indian Oil Pump, Sidwan Canal Road, Vill. Dugri, Teh Payal, Doraha, Distt. Ludhiana.
Ref: Industry's application no. 25775600 dated 27.05.2024.
Vide the subject citied letter, the establishment has submitted its documents for obtaining one time authorization for import of Scrap/other waste material as specified in Part D of Schedule – III of Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 as per Punjab Pollution Control Board office order no. 349 dated 08/06/2021.
The establishment has deposited Rs. 5,000/- vide e-R no. 3444521600CHQ09311511 dated 02/05/2024 as one time registration fees as per the revised fee structure decided by the Board.
The establishment has submitted following documents:
1. The establishment has sought one time authorization for the import of Aluminium scrap @ 200 MT.
2. GST registration certificate no. 03NCDPS7961C1ZB, Import and Exporter code issued by Directorate General of Foreign Trade having IEC no. NCDPS7961C.
3. The establishment is situated at Backside Indian Oil Pump, Sidwan Canal Road, Vill. Dugri, Teh Payal, Doraha, Distt. Ludhiana.
4. The site of the godown falls in the industrial zone as per the Master Plan of Lushiana. The firm has submitted letter no. 802 dated 03.04.2024 issued by DTP Ludhiana regarding land use pattern of godown.
5. The godown is taken on rent by the firm and it has submitted rent deed, which is valid upto 06/03/2029.
6. The firm has submitted name of actual user of imported scrap i.e. M/s Shree Balaji Alumnicast Pvt. Ltd.
In view of above mentioned facts, may, if approved, M/s K.G Recyclers, having IEC code NCDPS7961C, PAN no. NCDPS7961C, GST Registration no. 03NCDPS7961C1ZB be granted one time authorization for import of scrap listed at Basel no. B3020 Part-D of Schedule-III of the Hazardous Waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 upto 28/02/2029, subject to general conditions mentioned in OCMMS.
