Sir, in reply to query of ZO, RO reported that the industry has submitted an undertaking from recycler namely M/s Madhav KRG Environmental Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Village Akalgarh, Amloh-Bhadson Road, Mandi Goindgarh regarding lifting of Hazardous Waste of Cat.No. 35.1 of the industry.
In view of the above, it is recommended that authorization under the provisions of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules,2016 may be granted to the industry for 5 years with suitable conditions, please.
