The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended that the industry may be granted authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes Management Rules, 2016 for generation, collection, storage & disposal of hazardous wastes upto 31.12.2024 with usual conditions as per the policy of the Board alongwith additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
