It is intimated that the trader namely M/s S.S. Impex, Plot No. 1, Katra Sher Singh, Opp. Bhimsen Nursing Home, Amritsar has obtained One-time Authorization/Registration vide no. PPCB/HWM/2024/24974801 on 02/03/2024 which is valid up to 02/03/2029 for import of Aluminium Scrap @ 20000 MT, Copper @ 20000 MT, Iron & Steel @ 20000 MT and Zinc Scrap @ 20000 MT Scrap on behalf of actual user under Part-D of Schedule-III of the Hazardous & Other Waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
M/s S.S. Impex, Plot No. 1, Katra Sher Singh, Opp. Bhimsen Nursing Home, Amritsar having IEC code (1212000561) PAN number (AJBPP4201A), GST Registration No. (03AJBPP4201A1Z7). The trader has proposed the location of godown at Majitha Road Bye Pass, Adjoining Khanna Paper Mills, Amritsar which is allowable for the godown as per DTP Amritsar letter issued vide no. 136 dated 05/02/2024.
Now, the trader has applied for obtaining One-time Consignment for the import of Copper Scrap @ 200 MT (Basel No. B1-Metal and metal-bearing wastes, Sub Basel No. B1010). The trader has also mentioned that the origin of scrap is DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO and the booking date of the same is 12/01/2024 and landing of the shipment would be on 05/06/2024 at Mundra Port, Gujarat. The applicant has deposited Rs. 6000/- online via Receipt No. 687840475 dated 28/05/2024 as One-time Consignment fee.
In view of the above, it is therefore recommended that certificate of One-time Consignment be issued to the trader for import of Copper Scrap @ 200 MT on behalf of actual user under Part-D of Schedule-III of the Hazardous & Other Waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 subject to the conditions mentioned in the One-time Authorization/Registration granted to the trader. |
