The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is, therefore, recommended that authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 for Cat. 5.1 @ 0.05 KL/Annum, Cat. 5.2 @ 0.05 T/Annum, Cat. 35.3 @ 365 T/Annum, Cat. 37.3 @ 547 T/Annum may be granted to the CETP operator for 5 years with usual conditions and special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
