In light of the facts given in the note of AEE and recommendations of E.E, Regional Office, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 for Cat. 5.1 @ 0.05 KL/Annum, Cat. 5.2 @ 0.05 T/Annum, Cat. 35.3 @ 365 T/Annum, Cat. 37.3 @ 547 T/Annum may be granted to the CETP operator for 5 years with usual conditions and special conditions as mentioned in the note of R.O, please.
