The HCF is a 85 bedded hospital and was earlier granted Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2023/23705062 and under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2023/23705071 dated 08.11.2022 for 60 beds, which were expired on 31.03.2024………………..
The HCF has also obtained authorization under Bio Medical Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016, which is valid upto 31.03.2026 for 60 beds…………………….
The HCF has also obtained NOC for expansion for 85 beds (Existing @ 60 beds + Proposed @ 25 beds) vide no.CTE/Exp/LDH3/2023/23705030 dated 09.11.2023, which is valid upto 08.11.2024…………………………………
Now, the HCF has again applied for obtaining fresh authorization under Bio Medical Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016 for 85 beds………………………….
The application was examined and it was observed that the Regional Office has not collected effluent samples of the HCF…………………………..
May if approved, Regional Office be requested to clarify the above and collect the effluent samples of the HCF, please. |
