The HCF is a 75 bedded hospital and was earlier granted Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2021/15445557 dated 24.07.2021, which was expired on 31.12.2021 and under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/LDH3/2019/10213636 dated 19.08.2019, which were expired on 30.06.2023……………………………….
The HCF has also obtained authorization under Bio Medical Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016 vide no. BMW/Renewal/LDH3/2021/16375874 dated 10.08.2021, which was valid upto 31.03.2024…………….
Now, the HCF has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981…………………….
The HCF has applied for renewal of authorization under Bio Medical Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016………………………………………...
The application was examined and it was observed that the Regional Office has not collected effluent samples of the HCF.
May if approved, Regional Office be requested to clarify the above and collect the effluent samples of the HCF, please. |
