Sir, as confirmed from the Head Office, it is compulsory for all the industries generating hazardous waste to registered itself on the National Hazardous Waste Tracking Portal. Moreover, the industry is also required to clarify that it has obtained CTOs under green category, how is it generating different categories of hazardous waste.
In view of above, if approved, the application may be returned at this stage with the request to the industry to attend the above said observations and resubmit its application. |
