The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended that the industry may be granted authorization under the HWM Rules, 2016 for generation, collection, storage & disposal of hazardous Category- 33.1- Empty barrels/containers/liners contaminated with hazardous chemicals /wastes @ 100 Number/ Annum Category- 21.1- Process wastes, residues and sludges 6 T/Annum, Category- 5.1-Used or spent oil @ 0.050 KL/Annum, Category- 35.3- Chemical sludge from waste water treatment @ 0.100 T/Annum upto 30.06.2027 (i.e. upto validity of consent to operate), with usual conditions as per the policy of the Board and the additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
