It is submitted that the industry was not in operation during visit and no sludge was found stored.
Keeping in view of above it is recommended that the authorization for, collection, storage, transportation & utilization of Hazardous Waste of category 32.3 @ 1350 T/Annum of Schedule-I of the newly notified Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement), Rules, 2016 may be granted to the industry for five years along with grant of passbook/ redbook to reprocess Hazardous Waste of category 32.3 @ 1350 T/Annum with special condition that the industry will comply with the SOP for the utilization of the HW of Cat 32.3. |
