It is submitted that the point wise reply to the observations of the Competent Authority of the Board is given as under:

1. Whether industry has submitted new BG of Rs 10 lacs as per decision of hearing? The industry has deposited penalty amount of rupees 5 lacs vide cheque no. 055385 dated - 25/04/2024 payable at SBI in favor of Environmental Engineer PPCB. Further, the industry has submitted new bank guarantee of amounting to Rs. 5 lacs vide bearing no. 0404624BG0000143 dated 17.05.2024 valid upto 24.04.2025. Therefore, now, the Board has bank guarantees amounting to total Rs. 15 lacs, deposited by the industry.
2. Whether M/s Shri Guru Kripa Card Board Mill, Sangrur is authorized for sludge by Board? M/s Shri Guru Kirpa Card Board Mill, Patiala-Sangrur Road, Sangrur is having valid authorized of the Board. (Copy attached.)
3. What is complete details of sludge generation/disposed off by industry during last one year The industry has generated 253.51 MT of sludge and same has been disposed of to M/s Shri Guru Kirpa Card Board Mill, Patiala-Sangrur Road, Sangrur. The industry has submitted Form-4 (Annual Return) in which complete details of sludge generation/disposed off by industry during last one year is being mentioned. Copy attached.
