It is submitted that authorization for collection, storage & disposal of hazardous wastes for waste Cat. No. 5.1 (Used or spent oil) @ 0.156 KL/Annum and under Cat. no .5.3 under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, may be granted to the industry upto 31/03/2029 with suitable conditions, and additional condition that the industry shall execute agreement with the authorised agency for lifting HW under cat. 5.3 within one month
