Sir, amended note is attached.
It is submitted that, the establishment has submitted its documents for obtaining One-time authorization for import of Scrap/other waste material as specified in Part-D of Schedule – III of Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 as per Punjab Pollution Control Board office order no. 349 dated 08/06/2021.
The establishment has deposited Rs. 5,000/- vide Receipt No. 707089027 dated 14.06.2024 as one-time registration fees as per the revised fee structure decided by the Board. The establishment has submitted following documents:
1. The establishment has sought one-time authorization for the import of scrap @ 1250 MT.
2. GST registration certificate no. 03BLWPS8566F1ZC, Import and Exporter code issued by Directorate General of Foreign Trade having IEC no. BLWPS8566F.
3. Description of Waste to be imported i.e. Aluminium scrap @ 600 MT, Iron and steel scrap @ 400 MTand Copper scrap@ 250 MT.
4. The establishment is situated at Khewat No. 101/87, Khatoni No. 178, Khasra No. 266/1/1 (250 Sq. Feet, Plot) situated at Village Bhagwanpur, Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar.
5. The site falls in FEZ Zone as per master plan, Derabassi.
In view of above-mentioned facts, may if approved, M/s Bharat Enterprises, Khewat No. 101/87, Khatoni No. 178, Khasra No. 266/1/1 (250 Sq. Feet, Plot) situated at Village Bhagwanpur, Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar, Mohali having IEC code BLWPS8566F, PAN no. BLWPS8566F, GST Registration no. 03BLWPS8566F1ZC be granted one-time authorization for import of scrap listed at Basel no. B1010 of the Hazardous Waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 for 5 years, subject to suitable conditions, please.
