The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused.
In light of the facts given in the said note and recommendations of EE, RO SAS Nagar, it is recommended as under :
1. The industry may be issued passbook for lifting transportation and reprocessing of empty lead acid batteries i.e. Cat. 9.1 (Lead bearing residue under Rule 9 of the HWM Rules, 2016).
2. The industry may be granted authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 for Cat. 5.1 @ 0.01 KL/Annum, Cat. 9.1 @ 4800 T/Annum, Cat. 9.2 @ 1 T/Annum, Cat. 37.1 @ 0.5 T/Annum for 5 years with usual conditions and special conditions as proposed by RO, please.
