In light of the facts given in the said note and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that the authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 for generation, collection, storage and disposal of hazardous waste category cat 5.1 @ 1.540 KL/Annum may be granted for a period of five years to the industry subject to the suitable conditions, please.
