In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO FGS, may if approved fresh authorization under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 for operation of 87 no. beds may be granted to the HCF upto 30/06/2028 subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions:
1. The HCF will renew its agreement with the CBWTF for lifting of its BMW before expiry of the same.
2. The HCF shall ensure to comply with the effluent standards as notified under Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 amended upto date and subsequent amendments, if any.
3. The HCF shall apply for fresh authorization under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016, if it increases its bed capacity.
4. There is no claim of continuation of HCF in present premises on the basis of this consent. The HCF has to comply with the zoning regulation of master plan & to be shifted from the site as and when asked by the Govt./PPCB/ or any concerned Govt. agency.
5. The HCF shall obtain other statutory approvals required from other departments, if any.
6. The HCF will submit Annual Report on Bio-Medical Waste Management in Form-IV by 31st December every year.
7. The HCF will maintain proper record of generation and lifting of bio-medical waste. Scale- Small Date of Receipt of Application- 27/06/2024 Date of Scrutiny- 27/06/2024 Date of Visit- 20/06/2024 Target Date of Deemed Approval- 18/07/2024
