Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended that the authorization for generation, collection & storage of hazardous waste of Category 5.1 @ 0.250 KL/Annum as required under Hazardous and other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 may be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2024 (upto validity of Air Consent) subject to the suitable conditions and additional condition that the industry shall be liable to comply with the provisions of Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and Trans-boundary) Rules, 2016.
