As approved by the Competent Authority, it is therefore, recommended that the authorization under Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 may be granted to the panchkarma centre upto 30.04.2029 with suitable conditions and special condition that:
1. The authorization granted under the Bio Medical Waste will only be valid from pollution angle and shall not be valid for any other purpose.
2. This authorization is valid only for 10 no. beds for day care only.
3. The HCF shall apply for fresh authorization under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 in case its increase its beds capacity.
4. The HCF will submit Annual Report on Bio-Medical Waste Management in Form-IV by 30th June every year.
5. The HCF shall not generate any kind of infectious Bio-Medical Waste from the centre.
6. The HCF shall obtain other statutory approvals required from other departments, if any.
7. The HCF shall comply with the Board’s office order no. 601 dated 16.12.2021 and its subsequent amendments, if any.
8. There is no claim of continuation of HCF in present premises on the basis of this authorization. The HCF has to comply with the zoning regulation of master plan & to be shifted from the site as and when asked by the Govt./PPCB/ or any concerned Govt. agency.
