The Report / recommendations by RO be perused. It is submitted that the effluent sample were collected on 4.7.2024. There is no physical violation observed during visit. The analysis report will took about 10 days. As per the new office order regarding timelines for service provided by Punjab Pollution Control Board the undersigned cannot kept the case for such period.
May if approved,
1) Authorization under Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 may be granted up to 31.03.2029 after co-relating with analysis report with usual conditions and conditions mentioned by RO.
2) The RO be requested to send the notice for revocation of authorization and the result are beyond permissible limit.
