As discussed,
The HCF has not installed ETP cum STP plant for treatment of its effluent and the HCF falls beyond the limit of terminal STP. Therefore, HCF is required to install ETP cum STP plant for treatment of its effluent.
As such application of authorization under BMW Rules, 2016 is required to return to the HCF.
There is no option to return the application in my portal, as the scrutiny is completed.
Keeping the above in view, the application is required to return to the HCF, please.
