Sir, the HCF has been visited by Er. Lovepreet Singh, JEE (OS) on 08.07.2024 and observed that the hospital has installed 2 no. of beds alongwith 1 no. operation theatre. The representative of the hospital informed that the beds are being not used for admission purposes and is used for check-up purposes. The HCF has provided septic tank for the treatment of effluent being generated from the hospital, which further leading to MC sewer.
From the above, it is clear that the hospital is not only OPD centre and is operating OT also.
As such, the authorization applied by the HCF under BMW rules, 2016 may be refused, please. |
