It is submitted that, the HCF has earlier granted authorization vide no. BMW/Fresh/LDH2/2019/9135460 dated 21/02/2019 expired on 31.03.2023.
Now, The HCF has applied for the renewal of authorization under BMW Management Rules, 2016 alongwith documents through OCMMS. The industry has deposited Rs. 1000/- vide UTR No. N190243139691429 dated 08.07.2024 as authorization fee. The HCF has submitted agreement with M/s Medicare Environmental Management Pvt Ltd, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana for disposal of its bio medical waste properly which is valid upto 31.03.2028. As per documents evidence, the HCF has 4 beds only. The HCF is maintaining the record of BMW generation w.r.t. its disposal to M/s Medical Environmental Management.
And, as per circular no. 329 dated 14.09.2023, ‘the Board has decided to facilitate the entrepreneurs with “Auto generation of renewal of consent to establish/operate/authorization of any category of Small scale industries/projects/Health care Facilities (upto 50 beds) and Hazardous Waste generation industries” on the basis of self-declaration by these entrepreneurs and shall be without any inspection/ physical verification by the officers of the PPCB.
May if approved, one time authorization under Bio Medical Waste may be granted to the HCF with usual conditions.
