It is submitted that, the HCF has applied for the fresh authorization under BMW Management Rules, 2016 alongwith documents through OCMMS. The industry has deposited Rs. 4000/- vide UTR No. N185243127873947 dated 03.07.2024 as authorization fee. The HCF has submitted agreement with M/s Medicare Environmental Management Pvt Ltd, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana for disposal of its bio medical waste properly which is valid upto 30.10.2028. As per documents evidence, the HCF has provided 15 beds. The HCF is maintaining the record of BMW generation w.r.t. its disposal to M/s Medical Environmental Management.
To verify the facts at site, the HCF was visited by the JEE (OS) on 09.07.2024 and it was observed that:-
1. The HCF is a 15 bedded.
2. The HCF has provided color coding bins for the segregation of bio medical waste at each generation points.
3. The HCF has provided needle destroyer at different sections.
4. The HCF has submitted agreement with M/s Medicare Environmental Management Pvt Ltd, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana for disposal of its bio medical waste as per Bio-Medical Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 which is valid upto 30.10.2028.
5. The HCF has provided final Bio-Medical Waste storage room with lock & key arrangement.
6. The HCF has deposited Rs. 4000/- as Bio-Medical Waste authorization fee, which is adequate upto 31.03.2025.
May if approved, authorization under Bio Medical Waste may be granted to the HCF upto 31.03.2025 with usual conditions.
