While scrutinize the case it has been observed that:-
1. Industry has not filled the application form completely, as the details of product and raw material has not been given.
2. The industry has not submitted the compliance report of previous authorization conditions granted to the industry.
3. During visit dated 09.07.2024 to the the industry, it was observed that industry has provided 3 Hazardous Waste Storage room, out of which 2 have provided lock and key facility and 3rd has not provided the lock and key facility.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
