While scrutinize the case it has been observed that the industry has not submitted the Bank Guarantee of Rs. 5 lac as an assurance to comply with the provisions of Hazardous and other Waste (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 as per decision of personal hearing taken by Chairman of the Board on 14.06.2024 which was conveyed to the industry vide Board's letter no. 3662-63 dated 01.07.2024.
You are therefore requested to submit the bank guarantee of Rs. 5.0 Lacs within 02 days. so that further action may be taken. |
