The service station has not submitted the MOU made with authorized recycler and TSDF of lifting of HW category 5.1 and 35.3 respectively. The service has also not submitted site plan of the industry showing the location of hazardous waste storage area/room. Further, The service station is existing unit and required to submit the detail of hzardous waste generated, stored and lifted in form-IV, but the service has failed to submit the same. you are requested to attend the above said observations within 03 days. |
