It is submitted that the HCF falls under MC limits and connected with the sewerage network laid down by the MC, Morinda and the copy of property tax payment receipt is attached herewith.
As such, if approved, it is recommended that authorization under the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 may be granted to the HCF upto 30.06.2027 subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions as under: 1. This authorization is valid only for 02 no. dental chair. The HCF will apply for fresh authorization, if it installs any beds in the hospital. 2. The HCF will submit Annual Report on Bio-Medical Waste Management in Form-IV by 30th June every year. 3. The HCF shall got lifted/handed over its Bio-Medical Waste generated to the Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facility on daily basis. 4. The HCF shall obtain other statutory approvals required from other departments, if any. 5. The HCF shall comply with the Board’s office order no. 601 dated 16.12.2021 and its subsequent amendments, if any. |
