Remarks:- It is submitted earlier the HCF was granted authorization under BMW Rules , 2016 under name and style M/s KDH Neuro & Spine Centre, Dalhousie-Jalandhar Bye Pass Road, Near-A.B. College, Tehsil & District-Pathankot for 45 beds which are valid upto 31/03/2028 with certain conditions.
Now, the HCF has applied for obtaining fresh authorization under BMW Rules , 2016under new ownership and name & style M/s The Corporate Hospital Unit-3 (Previously known as KDH Neuro & Spine Centre), Dalhousie-Jalandhar Bye Pass Road, Near-A.B. College, Tehsil & District-Pathankot through OCMMS for 45 beds.
The Hospital has already deposited Rs. 15000/- dated 24/04/2023 under BMW Rules , 2016 which is adequate upto 31/03/2028. The HCF has submitted requisite documents along with the application which can be pursued.
The HCF has submitted a lease deed along with application that the HCF namely M/s KDH Neuro & Spine Centre, Dalhousie-Jalandhar Bye Pass Road, Near-A.B. College, Tehsil & District-Pathankot has been taken over by its new owner Sh. Jatinder Malhotra S/o Mohan Lal Malhotra own lease and now they have applied for obtaining fresh authorization under BMW Rules , 2016 and new name & style of M/s The Corporate Hospital Unit-3 (Previously known as KDH Neuro & Spine Centre), Dalhousie-Jalandhar Bye Pass Road, Near-A.B. College, Tehsil & District-Pathankot.
The HCF has also submitted a receipt issued from Municipal Corporation, Pathankot vide dated 17/03/2023 regarding connection with sewerage network, which is connected with terminal STP of MC, Pathankot.
The HCF comprises of 45 beds and has capacity to generate effluent @ 18 KLD. The hospital is having bed capacity of 45 nos. and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer. The HCF is connected to terminal STP.
The Hospital was visited by officer of this office on 11/07/2024 and observed as under:-
1. The hospital comprising of 45 beds engaged in the process of providing medical services.
2. The HCF is treating liquid waste with 1% hypochlorite solution.
3. The HCF is not installed STP, however, the HCF is connected to terminal STP.
4. The HCF has provided color coded bins for collection/segregation of Bio Medical Waste, segregation of BMW found proper as per color codes.
5. The HCF has provided needle destroyers for shredding of needles.
6. The HCF is maintaining the record of Bio Medical Waste lifted to CBWTF.
7. The HCF has installed one no. D.G. set of capacity 62.5 KVA, which is provided with canopy.
In view of above, it is recommended that fresh authorization under BMW Rules , 2016 may be granted for a period upto 31/03/2028 subject to suitable conditions along with special condition the HCF shall analysed its treated effluent samples
within 02 months from the Board Lab.
