The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The fee submitted by the HCF has not been linked with the applications under the BMW Rules, 2016.
2. The HCF has not submitted Self declaration regarding ownership and liquid waste treatment.
3. The HCF has not submitted the annual report for the year 2023.
As such, you are requested to kindly link the fee with the application and clarify the above said observation within 02 days so that the application can be processed further.
