In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO FGS, may if approved authorization for generation, collection & storage of hazardous waste of Category 5.1 @ 0.150 KL/Annum, Category 5.2 @ 0.010 TPA, Category 33.2 @ 0.012 TPA and Category 23.1 @ 34.32 TPA as required under Hazardous and other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 may be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2026 (in consonance with the consent validity) subject to the suitable conditions and additional condition that 1. The industry shall get its used oil lifted to the authorized recycler only. 2. The industry shall be liable to comply with the provisions of Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and Trans-boundary) Rules, 2016. 3. The industry shall handle the Hazardous Waste(s) in accordance with the provisions of the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 and guidelines issued by Central Pollution Control Board / Ministry of Environment & Forests and Climate Change, New Delhi. 4. The occupier/operator of a facility shall send annual returns to the Board in form-4 on or before 30th day of the June following to the financial year to which that return relates.
