The HCF has deposited authorization fees for 1 year amounting Rs. 2000/- vide UTR no. JAKAH24191022597 dated 09.07.2024 which is valid upto 30.06.2025. As such, if may approved, it is recommended that authorization under the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 may be granted to the HCF till 30.06.2025 subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions as under:-
1. This BMW authorization is valid for 15 Beds only. The HCF shall apply for fresh authorization under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 in case its increase its beds capacity.
2. The HCF will renew its agreement with the CBWTF for lifting of its BMW before expiry of the same and intimate to the Board.
3. The HCF will use 1-2% sodium hypo-chlorite solution for disinfection of chemical liquid waste generated in the HCF and keep the record of the consumption of the Sodium hypochlorite solution.
4. The HCF will submit Annual Report on Bio-Medical Waste Management in Form-IV by 30th June every year.
5. The HCF will maintain proper record of generation and lifting of bio-medical waste.
6. There is no claim of continuation of HCF in present premises on the basis of this authorization. The HCF has to comply with the zoning regulation of master plan & to be shifted from the site as and when asked by the Govt./PPCB/ or any concerned Govt. agency.
7. The HCF will apply for consents of the Board under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 as amended in 1988 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as amended in 1987.
8. The HCF shall got lifted/handed over its Bio-Medical Waste generated to the Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facility on daily basis.
9. The HCF shall obtain other statutory approvals required from other departments, if any.
10. The authorization is granted on the basis of declaration given by the HCF and in case declaration given by the HCF is found to be false under any circumstances, the authorization granted to the HCF may be deemed to be considered as cancelled |
