Reply of observation is as under:
1. Industry has not filled the application form completely, as the details of product and raw material has not been given.
Reply: There is no option to fill product and raw material detail in the application form.
Raw material: M.S. Round @ 2400 MT/Year, Powder @ 5 Kgs/day, Caustic @ 6 Kgs/day, Acid @ 30 Kgs/day, Phosphate @ 18 Liter/day and Zinc @ 2 Liter/day.
Product: Hydraulic Fittings @ 40000 Numbers/Day
2. The industry has not submitted the compliance report of previous authorization conditions granted to the industry.
Reply: Compliance report attached.
3. During visit dated 09.07.2024 to the industry, it was observed that industry has provided 3 Hazardous Waste Storage room, out of which 2 have provided lock and key facility and 3rd has not provided the lock and key facility.
