As per the note of AEE, the prescribed standards for the concentration of BOD has been mentioned as 100mg/lt. Whereas, as per the BMW Rules,2016 the prescribed standards for the concentration of BOD is 30mg/lt. Further, the AEE has mentioned that the HCF is treating its liquid waste with 1% hypochlorite solution, whereas, as per BMW Rules,2016, the liquid waste will be treated with 10% hypochlorite solution. Please clarify.
Please mention in the agenda note regarding status of consents under the provisions of the Water Act,1974 & the Air Act, 1981.
