Details/facts/report alongwith recommendations are given in the note of AEE. Submitted as per above report/recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended that the industry may be granted renewal of authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary movement) Rules, 2016 for generation, collection, storage & disposal of hazardous Category- 5.1-Used or spent oil @ 4.50 KL/Annum and Category- 5.2- Wastes or residues containing oil @ 180 kg/Annum for five years), with usual conditions as per the policy of the Board and additional conditions as proposed by AEE in his note above please
