Details/facts/report alongwith recommendations are given in the note of AEE. Submitted as per above report/recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended that the industry may be granted authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary movement) Rules, 2016 for generation, collection, storage & disposal of hazardous Category- 5.1-Used or spent oil @0.025 KL/Annum, Category- 5.2- Wastes or residues containing oil @ 0.6 T/Annum, Category21.1- Process wastes, residues and sludge @ 1.2 KL/Ann um, Category- 33.1- Empty barrels/containers /liners contaminated with hazardous chemicals /wastes @ 600 Number/Annum upto 30.09.2028, with usual conditions as per the policy of the Board and additional conditions as proposed by AEE in his note above, please.
