It is submitted that we have already been granted Consent to operate as well as Hazardous waste authorization for cat. Schedule I 21.1-Process wastes, residues and sludges Schedule I 4.3-Slop oil Schedule I 20.2-Spent solvents Schedule 20.3-Distillation residues Generation Schedule I 21.2-Spent solvent Generation Schedule I 28.6-Spent solvents Schedule I 4.4-Organic residue from processes. We have added cat. 1.7 and 4.3 (slope/residual oil). It is informed there is no change in the process and the SOPs prescribed for other category for which the industry has earlier been granted authorization/passbook remains the same because there is no change in the process.
It is further informed that our counter parts has installed an exactly similar unit at Industrial Area Kosi Kotwan, Mathura (Uttar Pardesh) and the firm has been granted authorization/passbook for all the categories including category 1.7 and 4.3 without any issue of CPCB SOPs or any kind covering under EIA notification. The copy of the passbook issue to the unit M/s JM Petro chemicals Pvt., LTD, H-14,D-30 Industrial Area Kosi Kotwan, Mathura (Uttar Pardesh) is attached along-with. Also please find attached along-with compliance of SOPs for all the categories of hazardous waste we have applied for.
