It is submitted that the Board has received a letter dated 29/07/2024 (copy attached) from the industry, wherein it has submitted that the industry is also generating paper sludge @ 800 Ton/Annum with moisture content ranging from 40 to 50% under Cat. 32.3 of schedule-I of Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016. The industry has requested to incorporate the same in its authorization application.
In view of above, may if approved, Regional Office be requested to immediately submit its comments/ recommendations in the matter, so that the case may be processed further, please.
