| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has applied for obtaining fresh authorization under HWM Rules, 2016. However, the industry has not submitted any detail regarding the same.
2. The industry has not submitted agreement with authorization recycler regarding lifting of hazardous waste category 33.1, 5.1. However, the industry has filled in its application form that hazardous waste category 33.1 is being lifted by TSDF, Nimbuan. The industry needs to clarify the same.
3. The industry has not submitted compliance report of the previous granted authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 alongwith requisite documents as well as actual user certificate issued by PPCB.
4. The industry has not submitted hazardous waste Annual return i.e. Form IV.
It is requested to clarify the same within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
