Mam , it is submitted that CPCB vide its document dated August, 2019 has devised SOPs for utilization of spent solvent for recovery of solvent for hazardous waste of categories 20.2, 21.2, 26.4, 28.6 and 29.4 of schedule-1 of Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016. However, CPCB has not circulated any SOPs for categories 1.7, 4.3, 4.4, 20.3, 21.1. However, it is also here mentioned that the industry already has valid authorization for HW category 20.3 and 21.1 .. The categories 1.7 and 4.3 have been added in current varied application as per details already mentioned in agenda note ... Submitted please |
