• Fresh application applied for obtaining authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 for generation, storage & disposal of category 35.3 @ 0.3 TPA……………
• Agreement executed with TSDF for lifting the hazardous waste of category 35.3 @ 0.242 TPA on 05.07.2024………….
• The visiting officer has reported that 1051.4 kg of hazardous waste of cat. 35.3 was found stored at site. Record being maintained. Separate hazardous waste storage room provided with impervious flooring. No violation reported under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016……………
• In view of above, if approved, authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2025, subject to the following special conditions that:-………….
1. The industry will get its hazardous waste of category 35.3 of schedule-I of HOWM Rules, 2016 lifted to TSDF, within 03 months…………..
2. The industry will comply with Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 at all times……………
