In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO FGS, may if approved authorization for generation, collection & storage of hazardous waste of category 35.1 @ 4.8 T/Annum and 5.1 @ 0.10 KL/Annum as required under Hazardous and other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 may be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2028 (upto the validity of Air Consent) subject to the suitable conditions and additional condition that the industry shall be liable to comply with the provisions of Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and Trans-boundary) Rules, 2016.
