Application was received by the Board on 18.7.2024 i.e. more than one month back. I think it has been deemed. Explain reasons. 2. Sample was collected on 6.8.2024 and case has been processed without making efforts to get the analysis results. 3. Why cann't we grant long term authorization?
It is submitted that District Administration Bathinda has reserved visit of the HCF along with its effluent sampling as per the directions of the meeting of the State Level Monitoring Committee in the mid July 2024 which got deferred many times and finally the visit was conducted with the District Administration on 6.8.2024 alongwith effluent sampling from the ETP of the unit.
Since the application of the HCF was got applied on the Help desk by perusing the unit as such the case was not returned due to delay in visit.
The effluent sample was collected on 6.8.2024 and the conc of various parameters were found to be within prescribed limits as per BMW Rules 2016 as per the analysis report dated 20.8.2024 received in the office on 23.8.2024.
Long term authorisation has not been recommended as the HCF needs to make compliance with the provisions of BMW Rules, 2016 by paying the authorisation fees and by applying for renewal of CTO.
