| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and observed that :-
1. As per site plan submitted by the industry, service station of Navyug Motors is also covered. However, the applicant has applied for authorization of Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 for Globe Tractors only.
2. The industry has not submitted proper land use classification certificate as well as layout plan with proper marking of hazardous waste room.
3. The industry has filled category 5.2 in application form for 2 time, which is incorrect. Also the industry has not filled category waste oil in application form.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter can be taken.
