The HCF was visited by the officer of RO Faridkot on dated 27.05.2025 and it was observed that:- (i) The HCF was running without obtaining authorization from the Board (ii) The HCF has installed 02 number of dental chairs. 2. Whereas, in application HCF is depositing fees of Rs 1000 and declaring number of chairs 01, which is incorrect. Moreover HCF didn’t mentioned the number of years in application form of authorization. 3. In agreement with CBMWTF number of chairs are not mentioned. In self declaration/annexure-I the number of chairs mentioned 01, whereas in actual there are two number of dental chairs. The Copy of Manifests of lifting of waste by CBWTF operators for 7 days pertaining to previous one month is not attached by HCF. 4. The HCF is also advised to deposit the previous authorization fee, for period of running without authorization. you are requested to clarify the the same within 1 working day |
