The industry has failed to submit a bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- to this office till date in compliance with the decisions of the personal hearing. The industry has not submitted a layout plan with proper marking of the hazardous waste room till date.
In view of the above, it is recommended that the application of the industry may be refused, please.
