The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The HCF has not linked the BMW authorization fee. 2. The HCF has not submitted compliance report of conditions previously granted BMW authorization by the Board. 3. The project proponent has uploaded a copy of building plan along with online application. However, the same is not clear and readable. 4. The project proponent is required to submit the feasibility report showing dimensional drawing of component of STP. 5. The hospital has applied for authorization under the BMW, incase in bad capacity from 15 no. of beds to 28 no. of beds. However, the hospital is located within limits to MC Zirakpur and STP Zirakpur is already running at optimum capacity. Thus, the HCE is case is required to alternate disposal arrangement for increased wastewater generation. 6. The HCF has submitted self-declaration and has mentioned 15 no. of beds, but applied authorization for 28 no. of beds, which is not in order, please clarify. As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and is returned online, with the request to resubmit the same after attending above observations. |
